By accessing our website, creating an account, or using our services, you enter into a binding legal agreement with MOPIU, LDA (referred to as "LandGoose," "we," "us," or "our" throughout these terms). These Terms of Service govern your relationship with LandGoose and outline the rights, responsibilities, and limitations that apply to both parties.

If you are representing a business, organization, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the proper authority to agree to these terms on behalf of that entity. In such cases, "you" refers to the entity you represent.

Our platform is designed for users who are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors or individuals who cannot legally agree to these terms.

Free Trial: A limited-time period during which new users can access premium features without charge, subject to the terms and conditions specified for each trial offer.

Account Security and Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We require that you provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information updated. Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

Your account access is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person or entity. You must not share your login credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect any unauthorized activity, you must notify us immediately so we can help secure your account.

Account billing and subscription management can only be performed by the registered account holder. We cannot guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or specific results from using our services. Your use of our platform is at your own risk, and you should have appropriate backups and contingency plans for your business needs.

NO PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES: We make no promises about the commercial success, conversion rates, or effectiveness of content created using our platform. AI-generated content requires human oversight and may need significant editing. We are not responsible for business outcomes, lost revenue, or marketing campaign performance related to content created on our platform.

LIABILITY LIMITS: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims related to your use of LandGoose will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages regardless of the theory of liability.

User Protection Obligations

By using LandGoose, you agree to protect us and our business partners from legal and financial consequences that may arise from your actions. Specifically, you will defend and compensate us for any costs, damages, or legal fees resulting from:

• Content Issues: Problems arising from content you create, publish, or distribute using our platform
• Terms Violations: Your breach of these Terms of Service or misuse of our platform
• Third-Party Rights: Your infringement of copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other legal rights

This protection obligation continues even after your account is terminated and applies to content created during your use of our platform.
